MSc T Shen

Expertise: CMOS-based sensors, embedded smart sensors & biosensors, embedded signal processing and machine learning algorithms.

Tao Shen was born in Hunan, China, in 1999. He received his BSc degree in Tianjin University at the School of Precision Instrument and Optoelectronics in 2021, and the MSc degree in nanotechnology in University of Twente in 2022. He is currently working towards his PhD degree in the Section Bioelectronics of the Department of Microelectronics, Delft University of Technology based on the project “Tiny smart E nose for fine-grid early detection of crop infestation-system integration”. His current research interests include integrated sensor systems, CMOS-based sensors, embedded smart sensors & biosensors, embedded signal processing and machine learning algorithms.
