MSc R. Panskus

PhD student
Bioelectronics (BE), Department of Microelectronics

Expertise: Neural interfaces, signal processing and bioelectronics, closed-Loop control

Biography

I was born in Munich at 14.03.1993. After school I moved to Berlin and received my Bachelors degree in Microsystems Technologie in 2016 at the HTW Berlin. After that I started my Master at the TU Berlin in Biomedical engineering. From 2014 to 2019 I have worked in the Fraunhofer Institute (IZM), in the department of RF & Smart Sensor Systems. During my master I focused on human machine interfaces, mainly on Brain Computer Interfaces. At the moment, I am working at Vassos group in Berlin as a R&D Engineer. I am interested in developing the next generation of neural interfaces and pushing them toward real world applications, signal processing and bioelectronics for Bidirectional Neural Interface and Closed-Loop Control.
