Willem van de Wouw
I joined the group in March 2025, with Biomedical Engineering as my home department. Alongside working hard on the outcomes of my thesis project, I enjoy playing field hockey and training for endurance sports. My research focuses on exploring shape memory materials for actuation within the body. The title of my project is: Shape Memory Materials for In Vivo Actuation of Cochlear Implant Electrode Arrays.
