[2021] Sensor fusion based fall detection

With this project, you are being challenged to detect a fall incident along with activity tracking of an elderly using a wearable device having different sensors like accelerometer, gyro, barometer, etc. on board. The combination of sensor fusion technique and deep learning must help to detect a fall or daily activities like walking, sleeping, running, sitting, etc. In case of a detect fall incident, an alarm system notifies the caretakers using existing frontend, middleware, and backend.

Assignment

You will provide analytics about elderly activities, incidents, amount of active time during the day, etc. based on the sensor data and patterns. The algorithm and final code have to be tested and validated.
